Hello! Hello! I’m back again with another project featuring cute critters from Pretty Pink Posh. This time I have a set of tags perfect for teachers. I can’t believe school starts in less than two weeks!
Step 1: Base Layer
To create the tag bases, I used the Stitched Banner Duo die set.

I then used the craft supply images from the Crafty Critters stamp set to create a background border in a light grey ink.
Step 2: Critters & Coloring
Using black pigment ink, I stamped out a fox, koala, and mouse from the Sending Love and Crafty Critters stamp sets and colored them in with alcohol markers before die cutting them all out. The colors I used were…
Step 3: Sentiment
I used used the Everyday Greetings stamp set with clear embossing ink and black embossing powder for the sentiment.

Step 4: Pop of Color
I thought the tags needed a bit more ‘pop’, so I added a bit of splatter to the tags with colorful ink as well as clear shimmer ink and white pigment.
I also cut a second set of tags from colorful cardstock scraps and trimmed a bit from each side to attach behind each white tag.

Step 5: Punch & Set
I used an eyelet tool to punch holes and set colorful eyelets into each tag and threaded a bit of cheerful baker’s twine through each hole.
Finally, the cute critters were added using foam adhesive.

Now these tags are ready to attach to back to school gifts for teachers. Last year we sent moisturizing hand sanitizer. I’m not sure what I’ll do this year. Do you have any suggestions?
