It’s pie season! Check out these adorable mini pies I picked up for less than $1. They’re perfect for budget gift giving.
I started out with two little pies (one pecan and one pumpkin), but somewhere along the way, the pecan wandered into my belly. Oops!
Anyway, I picked these mini pies up for $0.84 each at Walmart. When I decorated these mini pie boxes in the past, I kept it fairly simple, because I was creating in bulk to share at work. After my snack-cident with the pecan pie, I only had one box to worry about, so I went in a little extra.
As an added bonus, the belly band easily slips off, so there’s no need to rip apart the the pretty little wrapper. You can totally retrieve the pie & re-purpose or replace the band & no one will ever know.
